In alignment with our three initiatives—raising awareness, advancing the mission, and fostering volunteerism within our community—the Young Professionals Board coordinates and leads a variety of projects throughout the year.
What is the Young Professionals Board?
The Young Professionals (YP) Board at The Store is a volunteer-led service group composed of Middle Tennessee emerging leaders ages 21 to 40. Established in 2023, the YP Board advances The Store’s mission by supporting dignified, choice-based access to nutritious food for those in need.
Members commit to a two-year term, meeting regularly to plan events, support key initiatives, and collaborate with The Store’s staff to drive donations, encourage volunteerism, and deepen community engagement.
