Tonya Lance

Tonya Terry-Lance is the Director of Physician and Provider Relations for HCA’s TriStar Division. She helps support the Orthopedic Service Line including Southern Joint Replacement Institute and the Cardiac Service Line at Centennial Medical Center with a hybrid role between sales and marketing. While with HCA, she has been honored twice with the TriStar Division Innovator Award for creative campaigns for SJRI and with the Growth Champion Award. She also received a Titan Global Healthcare Award in 2023 for a creative social media campaigns with her physicians during COVID.

Tonya’s creativity is diverse. She has a background in the video space as a writer/producer for ARCOM Productions in Little Rock, Arkansas assisting companies such as Aromatique, ConAgra, Dassault Falcon Jet, Riceland Foods, and Tyson with their promotional and training needs. Upon moving to Nashville in 1998, she was able to do some work behind the scenes in local sports video in Nashville with Jefferson Pilot Sports, Fox Sports, ESPN, and the Nashville Predators.

Her love of music has allowed her to write a number of jingles for political campaigns and companies such as Saturn and RRE. She was able to record an independent album in 2015 called “Doghouse” at Ocean Way Studios in Nashville. It included 10 of her original songs, one of which was recognized nationally by Nashville Song Writers Association International. She continues to write and record music for fun and inspiration for others and just completed a new Christmas song called “Candy Cane Kisses.” Her music is available on most streaming venues including Apple Music, Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube.

Tonya also volunteers for the Arthritis Foundation and with Musicians on Call which provides music for sick patients. She is currently working on an inspirational children’s book she hopes to have completed by the end of the year. She is married to Brad Lance and has three boys who attend school at Franklin Road Academy and Trevecca University.
